Colonial Park is a mid sized neighborhood on the north-east corner of Copperas Cove, adjacent Fort Hood and convenient to Highway 190. The east side of the neighborhood runs along the Hills of Cove Golf Course. The neighborhood runs along either side of Main Street and nearly surrounds the Hettie Halstead Elementary School and Northpointe Church. Colonial Park homes tend to be smaller, with some starting under 1000 square feet and ranging through just over 2000 square feet. Most were built in the late ’80s to mid ’90s, and have sensible 3 or 4 bedroom floorplans. Colonial Park is a great community to consider for those looking for great prices in a quiet community in Copperas Cove.
