Nearly 80% of Fort Hood area homes have 2 car garages. No more, no less.
But that’s no fun! Let’s take a look at some of the area’s best garages, including those with at least space for 4.
As of this writing, only 7 listings on the entire Fort Hood area MLS had 4+ garage spaces. Not a lot!
How Much Does 3 or 4 Garage Homes Cost?

Wow! I would not have expected that. Homes with NO garage actually sold more than homes with 1!
And homes with three car garages sold for more than homes with four!
With all statistics, this might be a sample size error (remember, only 11 homes sold with 4+ garages). My other guess is that 4 car garage homes tend to be more rural, and may have older homes, or detached garages. The highest price point neighborhoods with three car garages like Evergreen Estates and Bella Charca may be pushing the 3 car garage price point up.
Note, however, that there are affordable 3 car garages – as low as $115,000! If you are looking for three car garages on a budget, I recommend Goodnight Ranch. Several of the builders there often built three car garages, which are awesome!
