Salado Premier Builders is a local custom home builder in the Harker Heights, Temple and Salado area, currently active in neighborhoods like Evergreen Estates, Bella Charca, Hidden Springs, Sendero Estates and Presa Vista. They build homes to order on subdivision sized lots, ranging from 2000-3000 square feet, 4 to 5 bedrooms, and both two and three car garages. Their homes are oriented toward the “move-up” home buyer or even highly customized “forever homes”, still within a very reasonable price range. Mark Martin is the owner and builds approximately 10 homes a year, with careful attention to detail for each client.
