Deorsam Estates

Deorsam Estates is a small neighborhood on the south side of Killeen on the corner of Stagecoach and Trimmier roads and across from the new Killeen Career Center and Patterson Middle School. As Killeen continues to grow southward, it is likely that new amenities will begin dotting the area along Stagecoach, near Deorsam Estates. This small community features newer 3 to 5 bedroom homes ranging between 1500 and 2300 square feet. Though small, many different local builders built Deorsam Estates between 2010 and 2013, including Purser, All Star and Jubilee Homes. Consider Deorsam if you are looking for higher quality homes on Killeen’s South side, still convenient to the main highways and city.
