Nolanridge is a mid-size subdivision in Nolanville north of Highway 190. A relatively high number of foreclosures has kept market prices low, but that only spells opportunity for buyers looking to save. It is situated on the outskirts of the Fort Hood area and well positioned for quick trips to Belton Lake or Interstate-35 (to travel north to Waco and Dallas or south to Austin and San Antonio).
