Fort Hood’s Waterfront Homes
Where are the Waterfront Properties?
Most waterfront homes are along either Stillhouse Hollow Lake to the south of Hwy 190, or Belton Lake just north of Hwy 190, or along the Lampasas River that feeds Stillhouse Hollow Lake and passes south of the Fort Hood area. Of the 20 waterfront homes that sold in the past year, 8 were in Harker Heights and 7 were in Belton.
Some prominent neighborhoods that feature either waterfront or water views are The Ridge, Springs at the Escarpment, Morgans Point, and River Ridge Ranch (along the Lampasas).
